Mr. Ravi V, a chartered accountant by profession, has about 20+ years of experience in the field of finance, including 8+ years experience in real estate. He also has wide expertise in accounting, taxation, debt and risk management. He is responsible for finance, customer relations and business development for DRA Homes. Prior to joining DRA, he was with M/s. Casagrand Builders as VP- Finance.
Mr. A. Rajasekar is a strategic HR leader with a proven record in building integrated talent and people strategies, with a specific focus on workforce planning, organizational capability building, leadership talent management and overall HR support to business growth. He brings about 15 years of valuable general management experience across the Microfinance, Real Estate, and Hospitality industries.
With a Post Graduate Program in Strategic Human Resource Management from IIM–Tiruchirapalli, along with an MSW and M.Phil degree from a reputed university, Mr. A. Rajasekar has built strong expertise in business engagement/partnership, talent management (acquisition, retention and development), organization development and compensation & benefits.
Mr. Santhoshkumar Ramalingam is an accomplished Civil Engineer and certified "Chartered Engineer" with an impressive career spanning over 33 years in Project and Construction Management. His expertise encompasses Project Execution, Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Mitigation, Value Engineering, and Team Leadership. Over the years, he has held pivotal roles such as Project Director at Convergence Property Development Services, Vice President (Projects) at Indroyal Properties, and senior leadership positions at Colliers International and Synergy Property Development Services. Known for his ability to drive excellence and deliver exceptional results, he is passionate about mentoring future leaders and fostering innovation in the construction and real estate sectors.
